In the intake, we map out your situation and assess whether legal guidance is meaningful. This is an accessible first step that gives you clarity about your position without major financial commitment. After the intake, you decide whether to continue.
In a follow-up process, we analyze your complete case. We study all documents, determine your legal position and prepare a written advisory report. This report contains concrete scenarios and a recommended strategy.
Based on the case analysis, we create a quote for the follow-up process. The price depends on the complexity of your case and the expected work. So you know in advance what it will cost before you decide to proceed.

With a settlement agreement, it is customary for the employer to contribute to your legal costs. This amount (often € 500 to € 1,000 excl. VAT) is included in the negotiation. With other processes, this is less common.
No problem. After the intake, you decide whether to continue with a case analysis or guidance process. There is no obligation and no pressure. The intake stands completely on its own as a service.
No, all stated prices are excluding 21% VAT. This is standard for legal services. Your invoice clearly states the amount excluding and including VAT.
You receive an invoice that you can pay within 14 days via bank transfer. For guidance processes, payment in installments is negotiable. Intake and case analysis are invoiced in advance.
If during the process it appears that more work is needed than anticipated, we inform you of this in a timely manner. We never exceed the quoted amount without your explicit consent. You always maintain control over costs.
